On July 8, 2021, The District of Columbia Ombudsman’s representative provided an iPad for our resident council president, to attend the quarterly virtue leadership meetings. These calls help empower and support resident council, and to give residents a venue for sharing information and discussing matters that impact their rights, care, and quality of life. This also allows connectivity to facilities to have easy access to the Ombudsman’s office. Our Administrator and Life Enrichment Director accepted the iPad on behalf of Forest Hills and Forest Side.
