My mother has been at Forest Hills for over a year, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have met such wonderful and caring people at Forest Hills. My mother has been very pleased with the way she was treated by nurses and staff, and we will always be grateful for your kindness and dedication to your residents. In fact, my mother even mentioned that she felt better cared for by the Forest Hills staff than by her own family members, and I am not surprised. I have witnessed the entire management team of Forest Hills staying in their offices overnight during snowstorms to ensure that residents are taken care of, even when staff cannot come to work due to snow emergencies.
