Caring Culture

We are proud of our caring culture! Tony is 52 years old and has worked with us for three years. He welcomes everyone into the community as one of the front desk managers. “I like the stories that the residents tell, the history that they give me,” he says, “I enjoy talking to them.”

Keisha works on central supply here and is also an advanced certified nursing assistant. She’s worked in this field on and off for 15 years. “Most of the residents that I have met, they are family now. I love them, I see them more than my own family. It doesn’t feel like work because I really love taking care of people,” she says.

Anne is 92 years old and lives here with her husband Richard. She is an artist and an avid reader. She has her own drawer of painting oils in the Forest Hill’s activities room. One thing she has learned in her life is to, “love people a lot,” she says.
