We brought my mother here when she was 90 because of dementia. We brought her to Forest Side. It was the inpatient assisted living with dementia. I looked at many facilities, and I wanted something close to where I live. I also wanted a place where she would be in lovely surroundings and treated with dignity. Forest Side fulfilled that. After she broke her hip, we had to put her in nursing care. It is a very different situation. Now it is essentially nursing care. They do a fine job of that. Because of COVID, the staff has changed dramatically. She is well cared for.
